Every sung word is spelled into Hebrew letters and counted. The letters trace a sigil across the wheel of twenty-two, light their own paths on the Tree of Life, and the ten sefirot swell with the song's ten frequency bands, from Malkhut in the bass to Keter at the top.
The score
Each line carries the sum of its words. Click a line to jump there. Line timings are estimated from the recording's shape; you can set them exactly under “Retime the lyrics”.
Same number
Gematria joins words that add up alike. These are the song's own words that share a sum; the row of the word being sung lights up.
The cipher
Latin letters become Hebrew by sound, then count by standard value (mispar hechrechi). SH, TH, CH, TZ and PH read as one letter. Word-final letters take their sofit forms without changing value. Each letter also names one of the 22 paths on the Tree.
